 I had heard of these before, but hadn’t really seen anything more than grainy b/w photos or movies of them. Here’s a series of photos showing the strange beast known as the Ekranoplan, up close and personal. Apparently they were initially designed as fast attack ships, but then were converted into transport craft after the end [...]  Shocked by the sudden and completely unexpected revelation that they would not be hosting the Olympic Games in 2016… the city of Chicago crumbles into a chaotic, post-apocalptic civilization complete with leather-clad marauders and brain-eating zombies. Oh, the horror. If only Obama could have saved them. An audible gasp swept through the plaza when the large-screen video [...] 
It’s kind of funny to listen to the lefties talk all tough on the national stage. They used to gripe about Bush being a cowboy, but there’s certainly something to be said about being in a position where you need to talk tough… and then having other nations believe you. Obama? I’m not sure how much [...] 
If you listen to the media much, you’d get the thought that President Obama was pretty well above criticism. He’s doing such a bang-up job, with the government takeovers and regulations and drunk-sailor spending, that things just couldn’t be peachier. There are some sections of the media, however, that have decided a little dissent maybe isn’t [...] |
